It has been almost a month. The weather has been wonderful. Returning to Sam’s Club I bought a Microwave, a couple chairs, cushions, and stocked up on more food. This adventure required a taxi for $100 pesos ($8) to haul me and my stuff home.
It is election time and there are large celebrations going on with political rallies in districts in and around Oaxaca. Marjorie and I have tickets for the 4th of July party outside of town. Meanwhile I returned to Monte Alban, a former city dating 600 BC. This time I was with Marjorie as she hadn’t been there and was leaving shortly.
